The first recipient of our March #PeatNeeds microgrants is Dylan Oliver. He is part of the wet woodlands research network (@wetwoodlands.bsky.social) where scientists and stakeholders are interested in nature-based solutions for climate change. 1/2

I am excited to share a milestone in my academic journey. I have successfully completed my PhD under the supervision of @Line Rochefort (Université Laval) and @Chris Freeman( Bangor University).

Founded in 1992 by Line Rochefort, PERG is a collaboration between the academic scientific community, the Canadian horticultural peat industry, and federal and provincial government agencies.
