Pasta Hogs, all of them. They've been hogging all that delicious starchy goodness for far too long!

Ours allows it, or it isn't abused and so not enforced currently.

In a complex like mine, each condo has a 1 or 2 car garage, with power & outlets in each. They are not individually metered, so those electrical costs are a part of the HOA fees
Some have already added chargers!

This sounds like a foolhardy decision. Yes, it likely won't produce anything new by releasing it. That said, it seems like a repeat of mistakes made over the years. Holding info back is giving free ammunition to anyone that wants to spin their own narrative.

The party won't stand up for them? Won't represent them? Even if that's demonstrably not true, the sentiment of "nothing changes, lessons are not learned" remains if you refuse to acknowledge shortcomings.

Words are words. Actions are actions.

We need more actions, and following through on words
December 19, 2025 at 4:38 PM
And why would people believe you have learned the lessons if you keep saying "just trust me," while not releasing the actual report that tracks where you fell short?

Why should they believe when it sounds like the same sentiment of what's happened before?

Why would they want to vote if

Thank you for having that outlook!

To expand a little more;
If transparency is going to be a talking point, the largest bullet to that argument is hiding a report like this

If you are selectively holding info back that might be a headache, how can you expect to be trusted with more explosive info?

That lessons have been learned.
December 19, 2025 at 4:07 PM
I know quite a few people that don't vote because they see both parties are the same, in terms of their overall actions and what the end outcome will be.

How does hiding inconvenient info show that past lessons were learned?

"Just trust us" is the same play as before, and doesn't show growth or

So hide intentions while placating people like they're children?

I prefer calling people out to own their biases, while acknowledging my own, and learning how to grow as a person while demanding the same offerings others.

Like an adult should.

There is a lot of trust that needs to be built, and it is foolish to think otherwise.
December 19, 2025 at 1:54 AM
If the information is unflattering, I might be inclined to believe it. If it's hidden until pressure builds, how could I possibly expect to believe the next info you say is relevant?
December 19, 2025 at 1:54 AM
What they choose to do after they have the info is out of my control, but if we are all on the same page, and have access to transparent information, at least I know they are making an informed decision.
