This is a fake crow figure. It's hanging from a tree and seems to be used as a scarecrow. The first time I saw this figure, I mistakenly thought it was a real crow hanging there. From a distance, it's made so intricately that it looks real.

According to this NHK article, I'm currently at Yamashita Park, which was reportedly created by reclaiming the sea using the debris from the Great Kanto Earthquake.
