We now offer a Couples Connection Group. This targeted option focused on attachment needs, relationship patterns, & how unmet needs shape emotional connection. It’s a supportive way to begin working on your relationship with guidance, structure, & community with a focus on Non-Violent Communication.

Couples counseling provides a non-judgmental, distraction-free space to understand your relationship more deeply, break unhelpful patterns, and strengthen emotional connection. Therapy can help you learn new ways of relating to one another.
