i've lately been unfortunately addicted to reading astonishingly bad romantasy novels and 1) i cannot believe the glowing goodreads reviews on some of these; 2) the bad reviews that compare them to fanfic, like PLEASE you have no idea how good fanfiction can be compared to some of this garbage
