I finally have a world with over 1 million visits :) So happy that many love Transience, this was a very personal world, I did not think it would gain this much traction. Goes to show that when you pour your heart into something, people feel it.

Sometimes I prefer my worlds to do the storytelling, there's no lore or explanation on what this place is or why it is the way it is, why large stone hands dot the landscapes in either gestures of supplication when facing up, or gestures of sheltering when facing down.

The "Photoshoot" was actually all done in Unity and Photoshop. All taken at orthographic angles. This was to save time and allow different layouts for booths or other media materials.

At first I wanted to make something that looks like an editorial shot, just having a couple of models pose and stand together looking stoic and brooding. Then came the guy on the left, that clearly didn't get the memo. I loved it, and decided that stays.

Technically I can make this compatible with the female canine and little ones, it would probably involve the extra step of adding a UV1 and UV2 for Fem and Mini respectively, and instructions to create new materials in Poiyomi where textures go to those UVs

One of the first things I modelled when learning Blender were of course, cars. These models were made in 2019 but had their UV's redone and cleaned up for substance painter earlier this year. I've made drivable versions using the Chikuwa driving system in VRChat

The Watchtower House. Started modelling this one at @kenjiwolfgang.bsky.social's voice channel on his server over a year ago. Still nice to see how much this place is improving over time. Maybe next step is a quest version.
