We are seeing damages by law enforcement everywhere. It is unacceptable. We do not comply to public officials wasting our time knowing their investigation pauses our right to sue. There is not any statue of limitations during investigations. People have to be charged or we get to give them hell.

I bet the Congress, that is to pass laws, are going to give a pass to Alameda County same troublemakers now claiming the DFEH one year expiration to investigate is barred for suing. Statues are paused when public officials waste our time claiming to be investigating. Exp. date is for investigation.

There's no way the staff of Attorneys want me to believe Attorneys told them to tell me my DFEH investigation, that takes one year to investigate, versus Labor of Commissioner taking years, has connection to my right to sue. Statue of limitations is on pause during investigations.

Tell me why I cannot throw folks out my home under my settled order but the police, judge, and sheriff can lie to the public like trespassing is a defense when you are current on your rent and haven't received your damages. We need accountability in Oakland, CA. and Hayward, CA. immediately.

Nowadays we cannot trust anything when it comes to the law. The courts/law enforcement is not being held liable for years wasted in our lives. I'm sharing the DFEH expiration date for investigations. That is not the expiration date for right to sue. Right to sue is paused during investigations.

You would think when an Attorney staff read a DFEH letter that gives their one year date of expiration if we want an investigation. The Attorney staff knows that is not connected to a right to sue letter. I bet they knew for many other people and races. Awful Country of reckless and lawless people.

All of our laws are being broken. People are intentionally perjuring against us. The judges are not going anything. These people affected sharing their stories are not crazy. We have awful troublemakers wasting years of innocent people's lives without being held accountable at jobs. Thank you!

Injustices are not anything to ignore. There are too many people wanting to be the Chief. They should want to help their love ones. There is not any excuses for judges holding our homes and jobs damages captive for troublemakers. We are not the problem. We want out the nonsense. Thank you!

I am sharing with you all fighting for injustices in Alameda County. It's not weird to want to end BS. The judge sat on my case for my damages to my home and job. The job kept the nonsense going for three in a half years. I needed the nonsense resolved before going back to work. Thanks you!

It is very sane to share with the people being wronged to end nonsense. The judge sat on my damages for my home and job. The job knew it was wrong and kept the BS going for three years and a half. I wanted to resolve the matter before going back to work. It is same to not want to be in drama.

I will continue to share and fight for injustices until I have my money and home. The judge sat on my damages. The job allowed this nonsense for three in half years. I was very much distressed and did not want to return to work until the matter was resolved. That is sane to end BS. Thank you!

I know one thing I learned being on social media is that we have very troubled instigators that make up too many stories. If the instigators feel you are loved they try anything to steal your light. It is very sad to be so envious and deceptive on social media. It is not a job to lie on people.

There are wayyyy too many groups playing with our lives making things too complicated. We shouldn't have to fight to live. We shouldn't have to fight to get what needs to be done done. We cannot support such prejudice, racists, and hateful behaviors in the USA. Thanks for sharing.

I find it necessary to write about things that affects us all. We cannot allow people to change what they are doing to us and make it appear we are the ones wrong. It makes more sense to hurry up and move us forward than try to argue with us and hold us if they are truly helping. Move us forward.

I don't know if I would interpret this as any different from some of the very bold Business names I have seen in the communities. We need healing and people to stop trying to get a negative reaction out of us. Those are mental issues. We are not liable for people who want to control us.

We must end the hatred. No one is above being removed from society for being dishonest about our anger to not be placed in their hatred. The Attorneys have to let the intakers know the intakers are not the ones who get past statues or fight for Civil and unConstitutional rights. Our time is valuable

Intakers are not Attorneys. Give our information to Attorneys to get past statues due to Civil and unConstitutional rights to move us forward in a court of law. We cannot be held back by hate groups. Or accused of wrong for not wanting to be in any drama. We are not the problem for standing up.
