Halloween season is upon us.
This was the moon the other morning on my way to work.

Getting from raw veg to smooth soup was a lot of time. Roasting, pureeing, sieving - but now there is roasted veggie soup for a cold and crummy day. #GalCanCook

Lunch time! Made the ribs - slow cooked all day and heated up as leftovers today, cornbread using Jiffy as the base but with added creamed corn for extra corniness, the pickles are straight out of the jar. #GalCanCook

Since the weather has been crap I made a green chicken chili and some corn bread to serve it over. Nothing to do with the Super Bowl - I just wanted comfort food. #GalCanCook

Pan seared chicken, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole. It is what’s for dinner. Also lunch tomorrow. #GalCanCook
