On my 1st #Warmoth V-K guitar, I used a drill, sanding barrels, and a jigsaw to widen the output jack hole to fit a top-mount Strat jack. Don't like the positioning of the traditional jack on the wing. Now, I made a jig to use the router. Took longer to make the jig. #CustomGuitar #Luthier #DIY

With where I am in my career, the one phrase that turns me off of applying is "salary commensurate with experience." It really means "you want an excuse to low-ball your applicants." "Experience" in the employer's eyes can be anything THEY want it to be, not what the applicant actually brings.
