these are two completely different guys

This really borrows a lot from like the original G1 way of behaving with them and its not the first thing to do it but given some of their alt forms are rather distinctly different its neat that everyone has a really toy looking form and nothing over greebled or designed.

All of their robot forms being the same despite having new alt forms was also a surprising change that I wasnt expecting myself to fuck with as much as I did but it really adds to the robots in disguise factor. Normally im really annoyed if you cant see the vehicle in some way lol.

Soundwave is one of my favorite characters and it was such a clever reapproach to have him as the central antagonist for much of his run. The colors are so good too, theres a lot of golden age marvel influence (Kirby) present and it makes the G1 inspired designs pop.
