He asked about the switch when he couldn’t get the router to connect reliably and it was I guess not putting out a strong enough signal?
My router must’ve heard me talking shit because now the modem is either downloading another firmware update or my router is being dumb

Yep - they had to go into the switch inside my apartment, which I have never had happen in my 10+ years of living in apartments. Especially since it was literally working just fine yesterday 🤷♀️

Too a couple of hours but it’s fixed… after the tech had to go in and find the switch in our apartment
