A bit disappointing and confusing that the second entrance/exit at ucsd central campus is emergency exit only. Would be convenient for bus transfers if it was always open

SANDAG staff proposes studying the following new alt alignments:
- along I-5 but exiting near the racetrack (previously exited in Solana beach)
- along crest canyon but with slower speed curves that keep it away from private property
- under Camino Del Mar
- reinforced double tracked bluffs
- along I-5 but exiting near the racetrack (previously exited in Solana beach)
