Just an idea, maybe we should have a Continuing Ed Class for Congress on the Constitution.

I don't believe Rep Spartz thought this comment through. This was in response to the deportation of illegal immigrants, but he didn't make that distinction.
By his own words, the Pres, VP, many Cabinet members, and many members of Congress should all be arrested and jailed with out due process.
