Listener to the songs numbers sing, and so on...
I don't think a libertarian (she's a senior editor at Reason) can validly claim the left-wing as "our side." Exactly where libertarians land in the current political stratum doesn't easily fit a simple left/right dichotomy...but its not there.

Love how the article starts out with "We need to recognize that there's a natural tendency to overlook violations of norms and legal procedures by our own side while hyperfixating on our rivals' transgressions"...then proceeds to provide an excellent example of that tendency in action. smh...

Hi MC - by "feed" do you mean intentionally sharing any/all of those with the AI machine?

I'm in my mid-50s, grew up using the Internet...and reading articles like this makes me fear there will be no place for me in the world that is coming, it is so alien to what I've known.

Also, the "punitive raid"/decapitation approach was tried with a massive cruise missile attack in '98. Its failure demonstrated, among other things, that solid on-the-ground intel was necessary for any such raid to meet its objectives. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operati...

Agreed...and for me, also the possibility that its a work of at least semi-fiction on the part of the writer, in terms of making certain statements or facts more juicy than the reality actually was.

Dorothy Thompson had his number back in 1941. From “Who goes Nazi?”

You have no opinion or position about whether celebrating someone's death is good or bad, and won't address it? Then why even comment on the topic in the first place?

Ah, got it. The blocked OP (which is a different account) only shows up if you go to the post with the cartoon, not in the repost. Makes sense now.

Am curious how you saw their quoting post, then, since they were citing another post by themselves. Blocking is blanket, not post-specific, AFAIK. 🤔

Useful because of his gifts, but socially rejected by the village & therefore open to embracing a "new order of things." Communist regimes & tyrannies are also run in the day-to-day by functionaries such as this.

(not talking about blocking individuals, but wholesale no-replies-allowed. Ok, I'm done)
