I really want this place to better than the last one
It’s weird. I stayed on the bird for too long because some lovely people where there but as soon as a critical mass of them moved here I followed. Maybe this is like streaming? Take what you want and then move on? Honestly don’t know

Unfortunately not. It was a fun date is all I know. This was probably close to a hundred years ago? And maybe apocryphal more than actual. She really couldn’t be trusted.

I need to figure out where/how to stream TCM. I know these movies and to this day I have a pretty good sense of who’s who from 30s-60’s Hollywood because of them and my parents saying things like, “Cyd Charsse was such a good dancer.” Helpful with crossword puzzles too!

Love this! I frequent a gay campground where the unofficial song of the camp is Dark Lady. Somehow, this song escaped me for 40 years. And it’s got my favorite thing: double hand-claps! Gonna use this to dig a little deeper. Thanks!

This is the most important thing I have learned in my decades of home cooking. Great for using up little bits of things and understanding what might work on any random weeknight.
