Here. I don’t know that I’ve actually come across any bystanders yet, I’m still getting used to Bluesky. I’m in two minds about it, because past experience tells me educating people tends not to be enough against the harmful accounts. They’ll go back to their old ways and it’s back to square one.

Looks like I’m blocked too. Not sure that list is being used in good faith…to think of who wants this, we might as well be back in the other place. I only saw one Ukrainian account say they wanted no bonking here, don’t know how representative that is.
