Cut to today. February 6th 2025. I am consistently doing 500m under 3m20s with today being a personal best (again) of 3m16s. Pretty freaking chuffed. Time to consistently up the distance. #staycommitted.

10 months of swimming laps with a few weeks off here and there due to illness and heater issues. My first session was the third of April 2024. I managed 175m and my average pace was 5m32s per hundred metres. #swimming #makingthechange
