To me, this is a masterpiece. It is very efficient. Every line contributes to the story. Even the change in hue at her breasts and pubic region show what she has to endure.

Well, he just wanted somebody to counterbalance the existing White Queen, so he mind controlled Jean Grey to make her into his Black Queen. In doing so, he also undid some psychic Macguffins that Professor X set to keep her power in check.
