I was gifted a Switch 2. I enjoy it, but a $10-$20 price increase on games means I will definitely be getting new AAA games less often, especially since Nintendo games rarely go on sale. Finances have been rough the past year. I can’t afford that shit rn like I used to.

On the topic of Star Trek, I've only seen the new movies and a handful of episodes of the original series and read one of TNG books as a child. Where would be a good starting point to get back into it since the series is so massive now?

Yep. I've heard better than steam deck and slightly under Series S. Honestly I'm fine with that. It's a decent power boost and if I really want to play something demanding, I'll just play it on my desktop. Very excited to see what monolith soft does with this. They were limited by the og switch.
