That is truly funny. Says a lot about how much of today's "booming" stock market consists of wishful thinking.

Ruby Sparks is entertaining. Goofy premise, good chemistry.

Once we accept that the president can kill foreigners at will, he can move on to American citizens. Hey, he won the election, he can do anything he wants now. Roberts wanted "bold action", here ya go!

Why is this legal?

I can't look at that face without thinking "Kill them all." It's the message I get now no matter what he says. Kinetic lethality, Secretary of War Crimes, schoolyard bully in charge of the military. Loser.

"My job is to lie to you and as you know it keeps me too busy to follow the news."

"When I'm called out on a lie, I repeat the lie. Next question."

Whoever taught him the words "kinetic" and "lethality" should be ashamed of himself.

The U.K. has budgetary problems. The USA has a fascist problem, blatant corruption, Nazis and a demented criminal using the Justice Department as a revenge machine. Hope the U.K. can come up with a budget they can live with.

Vance has already told us that he will make stuff up if it promotes something he wants us to believe. Lies are OK if they serve your purposes. No one should listen to him or repeat what he says.

We have no choice but to believe ... we need the eggs. Only more AI slop can save us, but we need to start paying for it.

It feels like weasels were fighting and one of them won. Comey gave us Trump and was one of the few FBI folks who didn't get fired when the orange one took over, then he got fired later. This case was bogus and botched, but Comey's "integrity" had nothing to do with it.

Elon explains why AI is a good thing. Because it can do an epic vulgar roast. That's worth at least $50 billion.

Russia needs to decide to leave Ukraine. We need to help them make that decision. Rewarding aggression invites future aggression. There needs to be no reward.

Anyone who has committed a crime will be helped by the Criminal in Chief. They're his people.

Wow, thanks for that post! Your movie is now on my list. I knew about the Holodomor as an historical fact but I did not know that the NYT covered it up.

I ONLY know Elizabeth Berkley from Showgirls, and I've been a fan ever since I saw that movie. She is gorgeous and funny and I was rooting for her from the opening scene. Cool that you know her!

Perhaps revealing one or more of the names that would be published if the vote passes? That might require a SCIF (and trusting Boebert).
November 12, 2025 at 10:12 PM
"To be made" ... he's including promises of future investments as part of the refund amount, which is thoroughly bogus. Also, giving back stolen money is not going to bankrupt the USA, particularly when the money was taken from Americans and would be returned to them.

Distantly related, Intuit informed previous customers that since Microsoft was discontinuing security patches for Windows 10, TurboTax 2026 would require Windows 11. A followup email stated that this applied even for people who paid money to Microsoft to get continued support. Boycott time?

In the WSJ iPad app, you get a few screens worth of actual reporting before you get to the editorials. The WaPo app hits you with Trump-supporting opinions right at the top of the page. I think that Bezos can afford to lose all subscribers but one, the guy being praised. It's coming.

The Nazis targeted the infirm ... easy pickings. ICE is following the Nazi playbook.

The deep respect is for the ability to subvert a democracy and coalesce all power to an individual. It's their dream.

Since the Department of Defense is now known as the Department of War, I think we need a new name for the Department of Justice.
