Where were the other 30%. Didn't you learn anything from the Americans last election? You know people DIE for the right vote.
It should be illegal to not vote - you can still ruin your ballot but at least you will have pretended to be a citizen.

Can PP stay party leader, and leader of the opposition if he loses his riding? Yes - but he would sit in the gallery, and can't vote or debate.
If I were in that party I would be calling for his head and looking for someone who is actually a small-c conservative.

Don't like any of the parties? Canada has many legal parties you can vote for, you may just not have someone running in your riding. Elections.ca has all parties and platforms available to read, and who is running in what riding. Run for a party whose values are your own - not necessarily the top 4
