I placed my order yesterday for copies of BCS Inflection Point, and the new ASL module, Drop Zone: Chef du Pont. I'm also bringing in some customer requests. I'm hoping the order will arrive quickly so I can get all the preorder copies shipped out to customers.

I've been slow getting back to my SCS Day of Days game, but the weather's been great, and I've been outside most days. Here's the situation at the end of Turn 3, less the German supply phase. There will be a few Out of Supply markers being placed before I begin Turn 4.

This was taken back in May when Rizzo and I first came to open the cottage for the season. It was cold, and the cottage has no insulation, and no heat source. But Rizzo was comfy under his @gmtgames.bsky.social Combat Commander blanket. 🙂

The US airdrop was rough. Forces are widely scattered, and a number of units suffered both dispersal and step loss, and will arrive on T4 as reinforcements. Among these units is the Band of Brothers, E/2/506.

I'll take tomorrow to brush up on the rules, and hope to launch the invasion Thursday.

Due to unexpectedly cold and crappy weather at SHAEF (the cottage), D-Day is delayed until June 14, which is the soonest I can get back.
