The 3 judge 9th circuit ruled that Trump could federalize troops and send them into Portland. They based their ruling on information from Bondi's DOJ which has since turned out to be a lie. The en banc 9th overturned that ruling and reinstated the lower court.

This is beyond stupid. The loss of aerable crop land due to the meager footprint of wind turbines is vastly offset to farmers by the income generated from selling the power. This is some serious 2nd grade logic right here
