Definitely #5 OR #6

Personal preference to #6 tho

Oooh, neat - maybe they've updated/ upgraded some parts...

Now if only they put an "expired words" list that let you see them separate from the main list in case you decide certain words need to remain muted - or a "you already muted this" check...

From experience muting most national/ international news websites, I think you can still do it if you do the @ and then a letter - so technically you would need 26 mute rules for best coverage cause I think bluesky doesn't want a symbol as the last character of muted words

I live in an apartment and I am growing various veggie and decorative plants and it really helps to wonder if they suddenly dried up or the cat ate them or if they've miraculously sprouted - my green bell peppers have done all of those things...

One more for ole blocky the blocklist - easiest way to be rid of that issue, never will hear them complain again about a guide-post having info to guide...

Wait, someone is fan-ficcing FBI conspiracy theories?
How deep is my word-mute list that this is the first I'm hearing of it?
December 24, 2025 at 8:32 PM
Ooh, coding for good!
I like it

Bluesky compression has thrown you into the potato void x.x

Wow - you got an awesome deal then...

I found this one elsewhere, physically smaller and no controller for $20-$70 depending on the exact model off their site

Do you have a model number on it? Curious to know where they might be available

Twitter section about content - tl;Dr if you post ANYTHING, they have license to DO ANYTHING with it, including explicitly to use it for AI stuff and there is NOT an option to opt-out, you must hold license/ permission to content that you post so that twitter has permission to then use it
December 19, 2025 at 4:05 AM
Apparently harder to opt-out, more 3rd party access, and generally removing more user rights(it seems they're being more openly evil about it? I'm reading through as I can right now)
December 19, 2025 at 3:59 AM
Last I saw was new twitter AI consuming photos starting in January as part of their upcoming "it's in the terms and you have no choice" terms of service update
December 19, 2025 at 3:53 AM
I don't have the money to commission folk... But have a few artists in my life that I cherish an would never want their art stolen by the AI bastards, so have warned my friends against any further posting at all on Twitter cause they're almost definitely gonna harvest any and all text as well

*the storage server lets you double up and have a steam-cache(and other caches) for rapid game installs - it can be left plugged in at home for updates and be ready to go all the time
December 17, 2025 at 10:27 PM
Maybe get a small storage server and set it up so the Pi or other smol server used that, hardwire it to a reasonably fast switch and shove it all in a briefcase for easy and safe transport, and the lid can house a display and keyboard in case you ever need to do any mods to softwarez on the fly

I had at least 3 ideas this week! Last week I think I had 4 even!
December 17, 2025 at 9:45 PM
Besides the whole "not enterprise" part of it, what difference would there be vs an enterprise netboot-pxe environment? It sounds like something that is already done on a larger scale with equally larger equipment...
And that'd be kinda cool to have pre-baked "it just works" OSss available for LANs
December 17, 2025 at 9:38 PM
I'm glad I came across this while eating or I woulda been hungrier
December 13, 2025 at 5:25 AM
Start with a 3D model and generic schematic layout?
Maybe 3D print a scaled down version using some SSD1306/ SSD1309 Displays like can be used on arduino's, and bake in a simulated display image?
Then if you get the space, start on a larger version eventually!

Instant Gratification is the name of the game, store-bought is how people play... It saves time, and they can blame the company if it comes out wrong - also no spirit to experiment
December 3, 2025 at 8:00 PM
Tbf, some people would be less of a waste of resources if they were legitimately replaced with AI
December 2, 2025 at 4:38 AM
Betcha the accusation came from an AI
