At the meetings, we discuss the agenda, including, but not limited to, the budget, yearly dues, neighborhood events, and any other concerns brought to the board!

We have quarterly meetings typically on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6:30 – 7:30 pm via Google Meet.We also have monthly meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for those interested in attending to check in, but attendance is not required.

However, we kindly encourage residents to first reach out to their neighbors directly to discuss and resolve any issues. If further assistance is needed, the HOA or the township can then be contacted as appropriate.

A key part of this is maintaining a safe and friendly environment for everyone. When it comes to neighborly concerns, the HOA has certain limitations in addressing disputes.

Much like last year, we will offer ONLINE ordering of luminary supplies via our website. The “cash-and-carry” option will also be available.

We also line the sidewalk along Hamilton Rd, between our entrances, and place them around the Lagoon. Residents on the Lagoon place them on their side of the road, to create an avenue of light! (Watch for how you can help with this project!)

Since the 1980s, our neighbors have put out plastic luminary containers, or white paper bags, at dusk on December 24th and lit a candle in each one that burns throughout the night.We order the candles & bags in bulk and offer you price savings.

We are currently working with JMS contractors to remove the tree stumps and would like to pass on the savings to our residents! Since we will already have them out here grinding down the stumps they have offered to provide a discounted rate to residents

Now that we have removed the dead trees, we are left with the tree stumps, which we are looking to remove, likely this spring, once it starts to warm up again.

Out of the 339 residents, over 90% of 2024 dues have already been paid! Make sure to get your payment in as soon as possible!

We also need help with timely responses to our tree management and planting needs. Although we recently welcomed volunteers to help remove dead trees around the Lagoon, we now need funds to plant new trees, which this increase will help with.

While we've managed to stay within budget over the years, recent projects, such as replacing our playground structure, have required additional fundraising efforts. Many residents generously rounded up their dues so that we were able to meet our goal.
