Codename : Ukrainian Imperial Stouthorpe (2025) This is my fourth batch of this stout. In addition to the fact I really like the recipe, it is also my wish to keep it in the forefront of people's minds that the occupation of sovereign Ukrainian land is still happening. The timing of this batch comes after the third anniversary of the illegal occupation of Ukraine.

Codename : Westfort Londinium Alethorpe (2025) I am trying the London Brown ale again, changing up the recipe from previous iterations to add depth of flavour and find a taste I like. A little about this style of beer, Medium body, but the residual sweetness may give a heavier impression. Medium-low to medium carbonation. Quite creamy and smooth in texture, particularly for its gravity.

Codename : Westfort Londinium Porterthorpe It has been some time since I made something in the style of a London Porter, it is in the family of the English Porter, with the the addition of one notable ingredient, as outlined by the Beer Judge Certification Program, Grists vary, but something producing a dark colour is always involved. Chocolate or other roasted malts, caramel malt, brewing sugars, and the like are common.

Codename : Westfort Warrior Hop Water Pilot Redux This is my second attempt at the Warrior hop water. The mass, time and sugar have been changed from my last attempt.
