Just use the "Insert Link" button below the table input fields, or the right-click context menu entry, or the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+L on Windows or cmd+L on Mac) to open a dialog for this. Then, just add the link text and URL and the necessary HTML code for the link will be generated for you.
