Finally I always set the field of view quite low, this makes it look more like it's a cutscene rather than the overworld, and makes the characters look better.

Reshade reshade.me is great for things like lighting effects and depth of field. I really like the Ambient Lighting preset (particularly with magic effects, like in the mage hand pics) and the CinematicDOF preset, which gives you greater control if you want a blurry background.

I use the Otis free cam opm.fransbouma.com/Cameras/bg3.... to get better control over the camera in photo mode, and to control where characters are looking - have a character face the camera, then move the camera where you want them to look, then activate the free cam.

For locations, Snapshots www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3... lets you go to some popular photo spots and control the weather, and EasyCheat www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3... is great if you wanna go somewhere not included in Snapshots!

www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3... and www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3... are great for finding locations. Snapshots is easy and intuitive and provides a great list of locations, while EasyCheat gives you access to every single location in the game if you wanna go somewhere not provided by Snapshots!

For poses, there are some great pose mods listed here: www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3... and www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3... allows you to use any animation in the game. For example, I used the animation of being tied up by Priestess Gut for a couple of these photos.

I'll list a few of my favourite mods for this! I use Lighty Lights www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3... to control the lighting & positioning of characters. It lets you move characters as far as you want, gives you more control over rotation and greater precision when positioning them.

You need to go into your settings to allow adult content. You may need to provide proof you're an adult depending on what country you're in!
