Exactly! Somewhere after DA2 (my working theory is ME3's Citadel DLC) the writing started to shift. Get campier and cozier. DA2 and Origins left me staring and the screen nervous about what to do. It really made the world feel deeper somehow.
Witcher and Cyberpunk have filled that void recently.

I think Bama has one more shitty offensive performance in them that will give an offensively challenged team with a good defense enough short fields to win.

Inquisition was just too bloated. Good but messy and lost the gounding the first two had.

I thought that if you ignore the "Dragon Age" of it, it's a pretty good GoW 2018 clone with a Marvel-Quirky tone. Technically sound, pretty, and a good character creator.
As a Dragon Age game, however, I'm still mad about the story and tone of the writing.

A great part of moving home is that I can scavenge a VCR from my parents and all my Godzilla tapes. My wife has no clue. I'm sure she'll love it.
