I read the thing and just felt so sick in my heart and stomach. All these years working to normalize psych meds, get them to be seen as something that, for some people, are as necessary, and sometimes necessary on a permanent basis as things like insulin. Thrown in the trash. People will die.

Even when sitting in a massage chair I am always sore in my upper back and shoulders the next day. Ugh, tight muscles!
