It's ok to rest - ideally before you burn yourself out. Sometimes we don't take the steps we need in order to prevent burn out from happening. It's important to recognize when we've hit our limit and slow down.

Birthday shenanigans! 🥳

We went to see a play (The Sufragette's Murder) at the Kilstrom Theater. Followed by pre-dinner drinks at The Irish Rover. Wrapped it up with dinner at Chubby Cattle for sushi, Korean BBQ, & hot pot.

I finished celebrating with a 2 hour nap on the couch once we got home. 😅

To my trans siblings, just focus on staying alive and caring for yourself the best you can right now. Everything else is a bonus.

Kicked ass at work? Bonus! Made a new friend? Bonus! Had a nice treat at a coffee shop? Bonus! Beat a video game? Bonus! Tried something new? Bonus!

Hey, it's cold/flu/stress season. It can be hard to take good care of yourself right now, especially if you aren't feeling particularly hungry or thirsty.

Here are some good options to consider when you don't feel like eating. Try your best to drink a few glasses of water each day, too.

I have many interests in addition to massage. I am currently enjoying reading mystery & thriller novels, trying new (to me) restaurants, true crime shows, podcasts, doing fun physical activities that bring me joy (like swimming & roller skating), and spending time with friends and chosen family.

I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado & became licensed in 2018. In 2019, I received instruction in trauma informed massage from M.E.S.A.

I am experienced in chiropractic, sports, & mental health settings. I also have experience working with hypermobility & sensory sensitivities.
