God don’t you think the practical implications are more important? Nearly a Million people are granted citizenship each year. There is no reality show that all of them can be on. Then what is the purpose of the show? It can only be as a spectacle, not a serious execution of executive authority.

In a way we should be thankful that Trump is incompetent at being a President. He is a superb conman and a Grade A malignant narcissist. But imagine if he were competent too! This would really have been like Nazi Germany instead of being more like Stalag 13 which we might actually escape from.

Maybe if the Democrats win a majority during the mid-terms, it is time to limit the ability of any President to use executive orders. It seems like a loophole that a president can use even if there is no mandate. And the current system can’t respond fast enough to an abuse.

By the new standard Fox should be worried that a dem gets elected POTUS in 2028. Tbh by any standard they should not have a broadcast license as a news network. Maybe they can have the same license as QVC does.
