Yeah, but capitalist stakeholders are often incredibly risk adverse, so they go one big thing with a high and probable return on investment instead of using the money to try and find the Next Big Thing. They don't want to make some money. They want to make ALL of the money.

I live in Vienna near the center, so I see quite a few tourists. And while the sheer number can be a bit cumbersome, overall it's just folks coming here to have a good time and see the sights. And if they need a moment to figure out public transport or where to go - so what? We all needed to learn.
