Isolation and social withdrawal are very easy self-perpetuating traps to fall into. I fight them so much and have to give myself grace when I fall headfirst into the spiral

Thanks for mentioning the positive bills too. I know that I have a difficult time with doom spiraling and I forget sometimes on those difficult days that there is good in the world 💜🏳️‍⚧️
