You should actually get the Steam achievement for saving her (“Good Soul”) whether you killed anyone else or not. And of course Pacifist is awarded for completing the whole game without killing anyone. Well done!

To relax more, I've taken up a hobby of music engraving; basically giving old public domain scores "new life" by rewriting them into modern notation software, making them look pretty with publisher quality. This is fun! Takes me back to high school when I was a total band geek.
