Grief is super weird. I was talking with my councelor a bit ago and decribed how I was "ambushed" by my grief while watching "Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas." About 10 minutes into the show I was sobbing. It reminded me of my older sister. I didn't expect that. Thought it would be a good memory.

I completely agree. But I've also been in a bad place mentally and emotionally where I don't have it in me to attend gatherings. It's a vicious cycle right now for me.

I never understood how to use twitter. I'm certainly willing to give this a go.
