Is there a delivery company more utterly useless than Evri?

Bought something off eBay, and the seller dropped it off on Aug 20th.

Now Sep 3rd and I'm getting notifications that it will be delivered today, but I've been getting those daily for over a fortnight now. It feels like Groundhog Day.

Here's one on Lostock Road, Urmston (Manchester) - one of the lost 1930s cycleways from @carltonreid.com's project. (The cycleway on the opposite side has been reclaimed, but this side of the road is used by drivers as parking/service road).

A glass bus shelter on the verge with a 1930's cycleway behind it (bus passengers would have to stand in the cycleway). The cycleway is separated from the main footway by a wider strip of grass with a mature tree growing from it. In the distance a car (taxi?) is parked on the cycleway. The bus shelter ihas been there since at least 2014 (earliest google maps image available).

The bottle is only bulky if you insist on carrying fuel in a 1L Sigg bottle. For a couple of brews, a recycled 150ml soy sauce bottle from Tesco* is sturdy leak free option.

This is an empty whisky bottle. It was bought, cracked open, and the entire contents consumed on this day 80 years ago by my grandfather (with perhaps some help from his RAF mates). Note the NAAFI stores mention on the label. #VEDay

Or you could just adopt a single time zone like China (tariffs may apply!), which spans 5 geographical time zones and has the worlds largest high-speed rail network and 2nd largest in total.

Yeah, me too. I was on my road bike today, which just about fits (a couple of roadies crossing after me rode across but we're bumping elbows on the rails) but my gravel and mtb bars are too wide. Some more photos with alt (con)text for Wolfy.
Bollington Mill footbridge from the Swan side. A green painted steel frame bridge barely wide enough for a person. A small ramp covers the step at the end. The lane down to the mill gives access to the NationalTrust owned Dunham Massey estate. Unfortunately, cyclists (over age of 5) are not allowed on Dunham Estate. A real shame because the carriage drive shown here is a lovely tree lined lane with a decent gravel surface through the deer park. Access to the footbridge on the Mill side. You have to squeeze between the hedge and the residents parked cars.

Well that went better than expected. Big shout out to the Tyre Glider - it would have been a lot harder without it.

Surely a cycle lane themed garage would have the bikes squashed up to one side with the majority of space given over to metal boxes, and the cycle lane ending abruptly forcing cyclists to rejoin the main carriageway at a point with limited visibility???

Well it's taken best part of three months doing 15 to 30 mins at least once a week, but I have finally cleared the bulk of the mud off the #Bridgewater canal towpath (between #OldTrafford and #Deansgate interchange) after the Jan 1st flood. You're welcome.
A section of towpath that has recently been cleared of mud to allow more than one person at a time to use it without getting their kicks muddy (pedestrians) or risk losing a back wheel and ending up in the drink (cyclists).
