hello, synth.download pds should have less issues with email delivery. it should be possible to verify email addresses again.

hello, synth.download now has a minecraft 1.21.10 server at cerium.synth.download:25565! it's whitelisted and online, so we need mc usernames before anyone can join!

this is a tangled CI runner, same as with the knot, users can be added on request.
not sure if this will stick around, as the docker setup for this is a bit cursed.
