A great point often forgotten about, including by myself. It’s so easy to be distracted by cool things that ultimately don’t get you closer to shipping a meaningful customer experience
Stick to boring architecture for as long as possible, and spend the majority of your time, and resources, building something your customers are willing to pay for.

Random thought of the day - the power of simply doing the thing you say you’ll do for your team should not be understated. Sometimes we mean well, but forget that action is an important part of a promise
