Wait, do they not normally give prisoners.toilet paper? I'm sorry but everyone should have basic hygiene products. If our jails can't provide the same sandpaper my work does in the toilet theme someone is for sure embezelling funds.

Was just in Portland and loved their bike system. Parking at a specific rack was free. 5 bucks if you park at a random bike rack. And if you park it randomly to a pole or tree it's a 25 buck fine. That should be higher but it seems to work
