EDTech/SEND Tech bloke. Making it up as I go.
Great, I do enjoy it on my Mach-E. Is work underway to get approval in the UK/EU for the extras like lane change you guys in the US get? Or is it a hard no (for now) from the safety people over here?

It's fallen over every September for the last 3 years. Last time was similar errors relating to azure capacity.

But... Isn't that all security updates? Thought they were all important then critical if zero day type.
Don't think I've ever seen a "recommended" or "optional" security update?

All security stuff including the monthly security updates I think?
Just no new features and no tech support?

£5 for 3 years ESU is a good deal though if you have older machines.
Nice that MS haven't sought to pull everyone's pants down whilst encouraging them to giddy up.

Definitely a less than half baked launch. Even the copilot app which gets it's own key on the keyboard is less functional than Cortana was on my Windows Phone, it's just more chatty.

I have a surface copilot laptop thing. The battery life is decent and I'm impressed at an ARM machine that's not the wet flannel the surface RT was. Other than that I have absolutely no idea what the copilot aspect is supposed to enhance. And I have full blown copilot through work.

1) Built in apps. Photo and video editing, or lack therof. (Looks lovingly over at Apple)

2) Start menu looks like a child's toy.

3)App management.

4) Everything in the bottom right corner.

5) Settings STILL not finished - "Click here for Windows XP settings page"

I have to try and tech support normal people through this.
Another chapter of fun incoming when they remove (New) in the next few weeks.
(Not "New" though, that's something else)

Ahh well it pays the mortgage

I can remember the intro having different items going along and dropping, but occasionally would be something like a football and would bounce off.
Sometimes I forget to take my lunch to work even though I just made it but that nonsense is tattooed in my head.
