I don’t think so but there were weird edge cases running into small airports. Usually it was “call a phone number, get clearance and MTOB time, contact center in the air” or “cancel IFR and switch CTAF” but RJs were the Wild West. Flying big jets now we have wake so doubtful

Sectors if ARTCC is overloaded. Plenty of times running ORD-MKE/SBN/MSN/etc flying RJs they’d keep us less than 10k and we’d just go from departure to approach.
