PRICE, PAYMENT and REFUNDS: - These are BASE prices, depending on complexity, pose and design they may vary. - Backgrounds have an additional price of 20 to 30€ minimum. - I don't usually do NSFW, but you may ask. Expect an increase in price with NSFW pieces, 20 to 30€ minimum. - I don’t draw FANART. - Half the payment must be provided upfront. The other half when the work is finished. Payment must be done via PayPal. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full. - The client may cancel the commission at any moment, receiving a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. You do not have a right to a refund if you are not satisfied with the final work. - I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason. In that case, I would refund the full upfront payment. COMMISSION PROCESS: - Once I receive the first half of the payment, I will discuss when will I start working on it depending on my current workload. Once I start working on your piece, I will keep sending progress updates whenever necessary. Clients are encouraged to ask for updates at any moment during the commission process. - The client must provide the character’s visual references, backstory, lore and any useful information. I don't do designs. - Mayor changes will only be accepted during the sketch phase. Once we proceed, major changes will have an additional fee, depending on the demands. We may discuss minor changes when needed. - Deadlines must be discussed before I start working. Depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload, the deadline may be longer, but I usually will take one to three months. I've created a ttrpg system to play Vermis by Plastiboo, d100% based, like Call of Cthulhu or Montante, very simple to play, extreamely deadly. It's in spanish bc I usually play ttrpg in spanish xDDDDD The character sheet is a word, so it is very customizable and that makes easier to take notes.
