Will there be appropriate statuary to go with it?

Leader of the Free World....I'm comforted.

I'm confident that any "real American" would understand the need, after a few weeks of bad economic numbers, bad elections, bad poll numbers, and bad scandals, to want to start a war over gibberish. And, yeah, America's status in the world is diminished by helicopter parents.

There's a certain Patent Medicine Era aspect to this. The guy in the white suit, selling three bottles for $5, guaranteed to cure whatever ails.

Impressive staying power, though. Are Trump's people expecting some intervention to rescue the case?

I decided not to comment at 3:57AM, assuming the issue could resolve itself....eh, no.

SCOTUS gleefully presents Trump with win after win....precedents, plain language absolutely no problem when called to serve.

Trump's DOJ is never stuck, because they accept no limitations--and especially not from judges.

Democrats need fresh faces, more energy. There's a musty odor of corruption to the GOP and a staleness to their ideas. @crow.house.gov and other like him could open the windows and let it air out. Won't be easy. Needs to be done.

Democratic voters remain unhappy with the Democratic Party. But good candidates and the background of an out-of-control Trump helped a great deal

American foreign policy being driven by personal animus. Like American domestic policy.

The point of this excess is excess and an expression of dominance.

The "Respectfully" will no-doubt convince Trump.

Salt of the Earth, there.

Russ Vought wants to raze the portions of the government he doesn't personally like, regardless of how important they might be, and erect a brand-new ballroom filled with hard-right ideas. As seems to be perennially true, most Americans regardless of their voter ID, will pay for it.

It's a building, he's a real estate developer given apparently unlimited deference, he prefers showy and crass, he has no inclination to accept any boundaries, no respect for tradition, and as for telling the truth about something others cared about...not gonna happen. Organize, speak out, vote.
