His father's voice broke the jovial mood, "and the bad news?" Leo nodded, "it's going to hurt for awhile. You won't be able to shower for the first two weeks while it heals and no sports till it closes, don't need a return for ripped stitches."

It's not fair, it's simply not fair. Leo's hands are on his face but he's wearing gloves. His father all but death glaring at them both. Mikey can't breath, Leo's so close to him.

"Well good news is it's a clean laceration. I think 2 to 3 stitches will fix it up good as new!"

Mikey just stared incredulously at his father. What the hell is his problem!? Mikey quickly speaks up. "Hi doctor leo, sorry about him! He's just worried! I don't worry i trust you!" Leo looks to him. A small smile on his face, those brilliant eyes locked on his, "Good to hear your majesty."

Mikeys modified, his eyes wide as he stares at his father. Leo just chuckles, "Ah, well I'm not the nurse. I'm the doctor. Names Leonardo Hamato," he stuck his hand out to shake. Draxum just stares at the hand, distance written all over his face. "We will see." He did not take Leo's hand.

Someone just knocked on the door, and he hears the muffled voice of the doctors. Then he saw his face, a smile splitting it wide for him to see. Mikey smiled back, even though it hurts to move half his face.

"Excuse me, we've already been seen by a nurse. When will the doctor be here."

Mikey is vibrating off the exam table, eyes locked on the door waiting for his doctor. His father is lightly scolding him about being injured, about how as a prince he needs to be more aware of his surroundings and more attentive to his actions. But Mikey isnt listening to him,

When the nurse calls for them Mikey damn nears falls out of his seat trying to stand. He's excited, blood pumping more. His wound has reopened, the nurse nervously trying to clean and staunch the bleeding. Draxum watching like a hawk for any misstep with his son.

He's a bit woozy but his eyes are scanning for the doctor. Looking for those brilliant eyes and that sassy smile. The only problem is his father is with him today. The stoic and stern Barron Draxum. He's upset about his youngest being injured, and more upset about said youngest lacks feelings on it.

"Sure ya are, when's the wedding?" Ignoring the sarcasm Mikey signs. "I need you see his again." Mikeys willing to risk it all to see him, he takes more risks. More thought behind his activities. Soon he's back in the doctors office. This time blood pouring down his face from a cut on his temple.

Well wishes and hopes to not see him with another injury again. Mikey is lost in his voice, just nodding along to hear more.

After they leave and Mikey and Raph had made it back to the modest home they live in Mikey looks to his older brother. "Raph, I'm in love." His brother scoffs

Mikeys enraptured. This kind man gently cleaning his leg and wrapping it before casting. Speaking clearly and making sure he understands the treatment plan.

Handing over the papers to his older brother and making sure Mikeys all taken care of, before sending them off for the day.

And he'll think of ways to save him. Ways to get his little sun back. What's the point of the sky if there's no sun to light up its pretty blue hue? So as time ticks by Leo holds the last piece of his brother close to his heart.

Leo resigns himself to sentinel over the spell that would open then twilight realm. He couldn't save his baby brother. The love of his life, the light to his stormy nights. So as repentance for the whole debacle he'll spend the rest of his life watching over Mikeys prison.
