Travel isn’t about rushing through tourist sites or chasing selfies. It’s about slowing down, soaking in the surroundings, meeting locals, eating the food, and truly experiencing a place. Put away your phone and breathe deeply! #SymbioticTravel #RegenerativeTravel #EcoTourism #SustainableTravel
Sooo I havent posted in a couple of days. Working does that. PSA - if you want to save money on travel next year, try and book something before January. Prices go up!! Greenland is on my list. It’s like Iceland before the crowds.

My backyard this morning. Sunday is a day of rest & introspection. This day can be used to reflect on personal goals, relationships, and life experiences, considering areas for improvement or gratitude. Get outside! It clears your mind.

I was recently traveling through former communist countries. We had wonderful guides who would start a sentence with, “As you may recall from history…” & several American tourists joked “We are Americans - we don’t know history” After the election, I realized it’s no joke!!

I offer gratitude to Mother Nature.
For the air we breathe, the waters that nourish & the earth that sustains us,
May we walk gently upon her, honor her gifts & protect her beauty.
Let today be a reminder to live symbiotically, giving back as she gives to us.

Overtourism is a major issue because it erodes the soul of destinations. When quantity > quality, local communities, wages & the environment suffer. Travel is a privilege not an entitlement. Aspire to visit thoughtfully-not to consume carelessly. #SustainableTravel #Overtourism #SymbioticTravel
