One of my favorites. It is a bit slow at first and the intrigue can be tiring but it really starts shining when the leads have more scenes together. And the cinematography is beautiful!

My first kdrama and I loved it. The food, the side stories, the social criticism, such a nice drama.

I really like the ML in FatedHearts. He was great in Princess and the Werewolf and I like him in FatedHearts. He is very pretty and the acting is good so far. Although I am only on ep. 2.

I still have my account there, just deleted the app and try not to post. But I do miss those days. It’s been a hard few years for me personally and it might be nice to be more active again. I may visit.

I have rarely seen as much “nudity” in a cdrama as in Shadow Love. He is VERY good looking and they are really working that, it almost felt racy at times 😆

Good to know. I much disliked his role in Lost You Forever and his fanbase (the comments on Divine Tree seem mostly “omg Deng Lei”). That has stopped me from watching, despite it looking great. But my interpretation of dramas has changed due to personal event, maybe should rewatch LYF too

This was my very first Asian drama, back in 2020. I loved it and was amazed at the social commentary. I still think of it often.

Looks like more ChengLei upper chest and arms . I had to laugh at the amount of bath and torso shots in this drama. He is exceptionally good looking/chiseled, and they are really working that.

I am on episode 10 and there is no angst yet imo and the directing and acting aren’t that good (except Cheng Lei). They are getting their money’s worth out of Cheng Lei’s looks and naked torso! I am still enjoying it and looking forward to forward to any potential angst (my favorite trope).

Ah, I must have not paid attention or I thought it was in line with the trope of the poor suffering male lead, just thinking of TTEOTM.
