Rosemary arrived in northern America with the settlers. Good cooking and medicinal properties are always welcome. Reciprocally the magnificent beetle Chrysolina americana came from Americas and uses rosemary as a host plant. Both are neither invasive nor noxious AFAIK. Rosemary's baby, enlighten! 😉
