i wonder how long it will take for my partners to realize this is me

someday i will not feel like everything i desire is just out of my reach and will remain so forever. someday i might believe that i deserve to have what i want instead of something else

im actually really broken up over the next bottom surg appt getting cancelled i dont know how much longer i can mentally deal with putting this off its already been a decade too long

the goal is for this acc to be more of a journaling/diary/venting space, akin to a priv. funny posts will hopefully still go on main. musicposts will still go on main. etc

i am fortunately no longer worried about the financial instability of lessons + streaming but i am worried about my unmedicated adhd ass staying on top of them, esp lessons, esp during the winter when i dont want to talk to anyone
