I feel I'm in the minority of people that would say that Sonic 1 is one of my favorite Sonic games. I truly believe that most games after put more of a focus on the pure spectacle of speed, thus giving you more immediate access to it, as opposed to Sonic 1's focus of speed as a reward for good play.

I've always really enjoyed watching the fan made "Best of" compilations for you/TRG because I'll admit I'm the kind of person who has to be interested in the actual game to dedicate time to watching a whole series.

"Politics" is always a code word for "things that I don't like" with these people. They know what they're saying, unfortunately, and they know how to code it to where they can say what they mean without actually saying it and getting genuine push back on it

I think I'd prefer if the thumbstick positions were swapped with the trackpads, but otherwise I also think it looks very cool
